A pedido del fiscal Juan Pablo Ba\u00f1os, el juez \u00c1lvaro Campos orden\u00f3 inscribir como <b>bienes litigiosos todos los inmuebles de propiedad de Santilli<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">El empresario no tuvo hijos ni hermanos.<b> Se cas\u00f3, enviud\u00f3 y luego mantuvo una relaci\u00f3n de 20 a\u00f1os con una mujer que ten\u00eda una hija de un v\u00ednculo anterior.<\/b> Esa pareja se disolvi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">Seg\u00fan la denuncia, en febrero de 2025, Santilli consult\u00f3 a su escribano de confianza c\u00f3mo despedir a Agust\u00edn M., con quien el v\u00ednculo era tenso. Quer\u00eda primero revocarle los permisos para manejar sus veh\u00edculos y despu\u00e9s desvincularlo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">Agust\u00edn M. no era un extra\u00f1o: antes de ser chofer hab\u00eda trabajado en una cooperativa del empresario. El testamento, sin embargo, se firm\u00f3 en una escriban\u00eda de Ca\u00f1ada de G\u00f3mez, localidad que Santilli no frecuentaba y con la que no ten\u00eda trato previo. Los dos testigos del acto son de Las Parejas y no eran allegados del firmante.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">El escribano de confianza declar\u00f3 en la causa que, antes de morir, Santilli le hab\u00eda dicho que quer\u00eda dejarle \u201cparte de sus bienes\u201d a su expareja y a su hijastra para \u201cprotegerlas econ\u00f3micamente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">Despu\u00e9s del deceso, <b>ambas fueron desalojadas del inmueble en el que viv\u00edan<\/b> por una cesi\u00f3n del empresario y debieron retirar sus pertenencias con un oficial de Justicia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">La denunciante tambi\u00e9n cuestion\u00f3 la celeridad del tr\u00e1mite: a los siete d\u00edas h\u00e1biles de la muerte empez\u00f3 la sucesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">El cuerpo de Santilli fue hallado en un departamento del sexto piso de un edificio de Corrientes al 900, en el centro de Rosario, donde no resid\u00eda. En la misma torre, en el tercer piso, el empresario hab\u00eda dado en comodato por un a\u00f1o otro departamento a Agust\u00edn M.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">En la historia cl\u00ednica aparece un \u201cdeterioro cognitivo\u201d. El certificado de defunci\u00f3n indica que la muerte fue por \u201cenfermedad\u201d, sin especificar cu\u00e1l. Por eso, Celia Santilli pidi\u00f3 la exhumaci\u00f3n del cuerpo.
